Jim Wolford, Interim Pastor - Jim Wolford serves Webster Congregational Christian Church of the UCC as its interim pastor during this time of transition between regularly called pastors. He is a member of the Interim Ministry Network and received his training from them. Jim has done interim work in Lutheran, Episcopal, and United Church of Christ congregations. Previously, he served several rural and urban churches in Northeastern Pennsylvania.

Jim and his wife Patty Lemmerman, a registered landscape architect, live in North East, Maryland. Their two cats, Ellie and Murphy, run the household. When not at work, Jim enjoys sailing, gardening, reading, and, on those occasions when there is sufficient snow, cross country skiing.

Ann Helton, Moderator - Ann has been a resident of Harford County for 27 years. She began her career as a special education instructor in Baltimore and went on to work for the State of Maryland in numerous positions including the Director of Intergovernmental Relations and Executive Director of the Child Support Enforcement Administration (CSEA ). She has 2 children, 3 stepchildren, 6 grandchildren, and lives in Darlington with her husband, Art.

Gwen Stolzenbach, Choir Director - Born and raised in Baltimore County, Gwen graduated from Towson State College in 1970 with a degree in Elementary Education. Since there were few teaching jobs available in the county at that time, she took a job as “girl Friday” for a burglar alarm company, where she met her future husband, Rob. She was a stay-at-home mom to 2 children, Kathy and Jim, until 1983 when she took on the positions of Choir Director at Webster Church where she’d been singing in the choir for 2 years, and Instructional Assistant at Havre de Grace Elementary School. Both jobs lasted for 3 years, until she accepted a 2 nd grade teaching position at Havre de Grace Elementary in 1986. During the next 3 years she attended Loyola College and earned a Masters degree in Special Education, which she taught until her retirement in 2003. Gwen reclaimed the Choir Director’s position at Webster Church in January, 2005, and became Music Director in September, 2005.

Jo Ann Hayes, Secretary.
